Richard Miller is the president and chief instructor of Medical Gas Training, Inc. MGTI specializes in Medical Gas and Vacuum Systems Training and Consulting services to the healthcare industry. Richard has over 40 years of experience in the industry including but not limited to service, maintenance, verification, inspections, installations, design and consultation.
Richard has served on numerous committees and boards over the years. These include the Technical Piping Committee for Piping Systems NFPA 99, Vice President of Credentials as well as Board President for the Medical Gas Professional Healthcare organization. Richard currently serves on the advisor board for Medical Gas Testing & Certification, LLC (a nationally recognized third-party testing and credentialing agency) as well as the Technical Performance Standards ASSE 6000.
Richard has trained and advised thousands of individuals and hundreds of companies over his 40-year career. Previous employment includes Medical Gas Testing & Certification, LLC; Medical Gas Technology, Inc.; Medical Gas Specialists, Inc; Ohmeda; Ohio Medical and United States Army Military Intelligence.
